Advantage Team Sales Specialist (m/w/d))
Due to our successful business and accelerating growth path, Converge is seeking high-energy, motivated sales professionals to join our team in Dusseldorf to help with our expansion plans in DACH ‘region.
The role of the Advantage Team Sales Specialist is primarily a B2B sales role through primarily telephone and email interaction, this sales professional will support an account portfolio of valued customers to locate and secure the right products or services for their specific needs.
You will maintain Converge market image by adhering to our quality and trade manifest, and remain up to date on industry trends, market activities and the competition.
You must be very comfortable with growth, change and have an entrepreneurial attitude to the future. Competence in German and English language - written and spoken - is essential, as well as diplomatic communication skills.
To be successful in this role, furthermore you need:
As Advantage Team Sales Specialist:
Be part of developing a new division within DACH with enormous potential and exciting challenges.
Support the Advantage Team DACH revenue goals by generating qualified leads and establishing trading accounts.
Reach or exceed monthly lead targets and grow accounts to a potential that can be passed on to the Converge AM DACH Sales Team.
Engage in market research and qualify customer profiles to win customer interest in Converge solutions
Monitor and report daily results to Advantage Team Mgr.
